Leanne & Jacob,

Met in their teenage years. Years later when they started chatting again they both immediately knew there was an instant connection and they knew this was going to be something special.

June 2020

They had their first date, from then on they couldn't get enough of one another.

July 2020

Jacob was spending the night with Leanne at her parents house while they were out of town. They spent the evening by the fire, listening to the Lummineers when Jacob said “I really really like you”, “actually I love you”. He asked Leanne to be his girlfriend a few days later at his apartment shared with his roommates. She gladly accepted and it was "official", they became a couple.

April 2021

Leanne & Jacob moved in together. Their relationship continued to grow and was filled with so much love, fun, travel and laughter.

Fast forward to December 2023,

Jacob had unexpectedly decided to make last minute supper plans, causing Leanne to spiral… “I have nothing to wear out tonight”, Jacob reassuring her as usual . They headed to the keg later that evening for supper.

After finishing supper Jacob suggested they head to bowering park to look at the Christmas lights. It was raining & cold, Leanne wasn't dressed for the weather and asked if they could go another night, however Jacob insisted he would bring her home to change.

After a loop around the park Jacob got down on one knee and asked Leanne to marry him. After asking three times he finally heard her say YES to forever through the happy tears!

It was a dream come true and one of the most special moments of their lives!
